Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy 
Returns and exchanges may be made within 30 days of purchase for apparel that is defective or an incorrect size. All other products, not specifically excluded below, may be returned/exchanged if the item is defective. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
Some items are not eligible for return: 
• Custom made items are not eligible for returns but may be exchanged within 30 days if defective. 
• Gift cards are not eligible for return. 
• Sale items are not eligible for return. 
To complete your return, we’ll need a receipt or proof of purchase. On most occasions, we can look up your purchase if you provide a few details. We’ll always work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

Local Returns/Exchanges 
Always contact us first at If you purchased a product locally, you will have the option of returning/exchanging it at any of our group runs or by dropping it off at Fit2Run Tampa or Feet First in Tampa.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We will gladly replace items if they are defective, damaged, or do not fit. If you need to make an exchange, send us an email at and when directed, send your item to: LOUD Runners, 4601 W GRAY ST APT 318A, TAMPA FL 33609-1931, United States. Please return your item with the same service that it was shipped to you (for example USPS First class package, etc.) unless we tell you otherwise. We will, at a minimum, issue a store credit to cover your return shipping cost for exchanges.

For returns, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs. Our original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. 
If you are returning an item over $75, we suggest that you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable) 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, your refund will be processed within two business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
